Planable Engagement is the newest tool designed to help you manage and respond to comments across your Facebook and Instagram channels. Make sure you don't miss any comments, and keep your community engaged.

How to use engagement

Your comments are organized into three main categories:

  • Open: Comments that require your immediate attention.

  • Later: Comments you want to revisit. Use the Later status for comments that need more time or research.

  • Done: Resolved comments. Mark conversations as Done once they're fully resolved.

Hot to respond to comments

  1. Click on a comment to view the full context.

  2. Respond directly with a click on "Reply" to open a comment window. The original commenter is automatically tagged, making it easy to engage.

How to manage the status of your comment

You can manage your comments with simple actions:

1. Move to done

Mark a comment thread as completed. Click on "Move to done".

2. Save for later

Bookmark a comment to address at a later time.

Note: Ensure all your social media channels are properly connected to Planable to make the most of the Engagement feature. It currently supports Facebook and Instagram, with more channels being added in the future.

Engagement synchronizes comments' threads from the last 30 days.
