By using Campaigns in Planable, you can stop wasting time searching for information that should be right at your fingertips. With everything stored in one place, from campaign goals to media assets and content pieces, you’ll never have to dig through multiple locations again.

To keep your campaigns organized and on track, Planable offers clear visibility into your content calendar. With campaigns displayed directly in the calendar, you’ll have a full view of what’s being communicated and when, making it easier to plan and coordinate.

How to create a Campaign: two easy methods

1. From the Campaigns tab in the left sidebar

  • Navigate to the "Campaigns" section in the left sidebar.

  • Click on the "+ New campaign" button in the top-right corner to create a new campaign or on the gray section with "+ Create campaign".

2. From the post creation window (composer)

  • Click on "Campaign" at the top.

  • In the dropdown, select "Create new campaign" to start a new campaign.

How to set up your Campaign in Planable

Choose an Icon & Color

Select an icon and color that best represent your campaign. This helps visually differentiate campaigns on your calendar.

Add a Name

Give your campaign a descriptive name.

Set the campaign status

Choose from three statuses:

  • Planning: For when you’re in the early stages.

  • Active: When the campaign is live and ongoing.

  • Completed: Once the campaign has finished.

Set Campaign Dates

Select a start date and end date to define your campaign timeline.

Add Relevant Links

Add any important links related to your campaign, such as Google Drive links, files, or links to other tools you’re using.

Provide a Description

Add key campaign details, such as:

  • Product information (what’s being launched)

  • Assets needed

  • Target audience

  • Marketing channels to be used

  • Campaign brief

Add a to-do list

If you have specific tasks or to-dos related to a campaign, you can also create and manage them within the campaign context.

Track your campaign and the associated posts in the calendar view

You can get a clear overview of your content calendar. Easily spot gaps or potential clashes in your schedule and adjust plans accordingly to avoid overlaps.

View and manage the media assets

In the Campaign Management section, you can also efficiently view and manage media assets related to a specific campaign. Click on the "Media" tab at the top to view all uploaded media associated with the campaign.

You can also select multiple files if needed for bulk actions, like deleting.

You can also access analytics for posts that belong to a campaign to track their performance, providing insights into engagement, reach and effectiveness.

Campaigns Limit per Workspace

The number of campaigns you can create and run in your workspace depends on the plan you choose.

  1. Basic Plan – Up to 3 campaigns/workspace

  2. Plan – Up to 10 campaigns/workspace

  3. Enterprise Plan – Up to 100 campaigns/workspace

Whether you prefer a simpler setup with a few campaigns or need the flexibility to manage multiple campaigns at once, the plan you choose will determine how many you can create.
