With Planable, we aim to make your workflow as smooth as possible.

Whether it's your content calendar, Instagram grid, LinkedIn page, a custom view of unapproved posts, or even an analytics page, using Favorites will save you time.

By marking posts, pages, views, and entire campaigns as Favorites, you can easily access your most-used items directly from your sidebar, without the hassle of searching.

Here's how it works and how you can use it:

1. Mark a Post as a Favorite

Find the post you want to save as a favorite and at the top right corner of the post, click the star icon to add it to your Favorites.

Once it’s marked as a favorite, the post will appear in the Favorites section in your workspace's left sidebar for easy access.

2. Mark a Page View as a Favorite

Sometimes, you’re not just working on one post, but an entire view. Whether it’s your Feed View for YouTube, or any other social media platform that we support:

Or an Instagram Grid for styling - you can mark entire views as Favorites.

Simply find the page view you want to save as a favorite and near the view name, click the star icon to add it to your Favorites (located in the top left corner, as shown in the videos above).

Once it’s marked as a favorite, the post will appear in the Favorites section in your workspace's left sidebar for easy access.

3. Mark a Custom View as a Favorite

You can also save a specific view that filters posts, such as a custom view that shows for instance only posts pending approval, or posts scheduled for next week. This helps you quickly access the content that needs attention. Check out more here on how you can create custom views tailored to your workflow.

In the top left corner, find the "Views" dropdown menu and click on it to open a list of available views. Then, select the relevant "Custom View".

Once you select it, near the view name, click the star icon to add it to your Favorites (located in the top left corner, as shown in the videos above).

4. Mark an entire Campaign as a Favorite

If you’re in the middle of working on a campaign, you can save it as a favorite to keep everything organized and easy to access. This is especially useful if you have multiple campaigns running at once and need to stay on top of everything.

To save an entire campaign as a favorite, click on the Campaigns section in the left sidebar. Once you’ve identified the campaign you want to mark as a favorite, simply click on the star icon next to its name.

4. Rename your Favorites

You can even rename your favorite elements to keep everything organized just the way you like!
Simply insert a name to match your workflow and make it easier to find what you need.
Plus, if you no longer need an item, you can delete it with a click.

Be mindful that:

  • Marking an item as a favorite is available for your view only.

  • If you have multiple workspaces, your favorites will show up across all of them, making it easier to access your most-used items no matter where you are.
