Forget folders, drives, messy files, and endless email threads. Group people, social media accounts, and content calendars into separate workspaces and see how managing multiple brands becomes simpler.

A workspace is a collaborative place for your brand's social media content. Where you can create, review, collaborate, publish posts and keep everyone in the flow.

One workspace may be used for one brand, company, or client. If you have 3 clients, it means that you need 3 workspaces.

Depending on your plan, you can add up to 10 pages. We typically recommend adding up to 7 or 8 pages in one workspace to enjoy the highest performance in Planable.

Create a workspace

You can create a workspace by clicking on the "Create a workspace" button in the Dashboard.

Workspace settings

You can access workspace settings by clicking on the arrow next to the workspace name.

And then select "Workspace settings".

Now you have the options to modify:

Timetable

We know how frustrating it can be for frequent publishers with a weekly schedule to pick a date and time for each individual post 👎. Take a minute to set up your workspace timetable and stay on top of the weekly schedule, like a champ.

To get started just click on "Configure timetable" in your workspace settings.

Labels

You can organize your posts with labels. With our labels, you can categorize your posts in a breeze. A single post can have multiple labels and can be filtered by whatever strikes your fancy – sales, product updates, promotion, you name it!

Workspace name & Workspace timezone

You can change the workspace name & time zone directly in the settings. By default, your time zone is set up by the browser automatically.
