Our Post Templates feature makes it easier than ever to create posts with speed and consistency.

Post templates allow you to create and save reusable content layouts both for social media and universal posts.

How to create a template:

1. When creating a new post, select "Templates" in the top left corner of the post.

2. Click on "Create new template".

3. Build your layout:

  • Add your go-to content—text, images, and hashtags.

  • Choose the social media platforms where you want to post. Whether it’s one platform or several, your template will be all set for cross-posting.

  • And don’t forget to give your template a name.

  • Finally, hit "Save template".

How to save an existing post as a template:

You can easily save any existing post as a template for future use. Here’s how:

  • Identify the post you want to use as a template and click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the post.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Save as template.

How to use a template:

When creating a new post, select “Templates” from the top of your composer (next to labels) and choose the template you need.

You can make any quick edits if needed, like swapping out an image or tweaking the text.

How to manage your templates

In the composer click the "Templates" button at the top left.

Next, click on "Manage Templates" (⚙️ icon) to manage your templates
