You can edit a post just by clicking on the post and starting typing. When editing a post you can change the post, time & date, and format of the post, add a link, or image, delete media files, add an emoji, and add / change labels.

Editing content in real-time

When editing content, all changes are updated in real-time. Your colleagues or partners will instantly see these updates on their devices.

You can edit content directly from the Feed or by expanding the post to open it in a new modal window. Add text or include hashtags to enhance your post.

Additionally, you can set a specific time and date for your content or select a custom date, ensuring it is scheduled as needed.

Managing labels

You can edit labels by adding one or multiple labels to organize your content effectively.

Managing campaigns

Using campaigns in Planable makes managing social media more efficient by allowing you to group related posts under one initiative with clear objectives, timelines, and audience focus. You will ensure all content aligns with its theme, while the timeline ensures deadlines stay on track.

Adding external links and campaign brief and descriptions keeps assets and content accessible in one place, reducing back-and-forth.

Plus, by outlining the target audience in a campaign, every post can be tailored to hit the right tone and reach. It’s a practical way to stay organized and focused while managing multiple campaigns.

Viewing activity and previous versions

In the activity section of a post, you can view its previous versions and restore any prior version if needed. There is also an option to preview the post in the mobile version for better cross-platform compatibility.

Unfortunately, if you've already published the post on social media it can't be edited through Planable. You'll have to manually edit the post directly on the social media platform.

By clicking on the clock in the left bottom corner you can select a time & date to schedule your post. Attention, your post won't be published, unless you click the schedule button. All the posts created in Planable are initially saved as drafts.
