Archiving posts

We built an archive feature so that none of your posts will ever be deleted by mistake. We keep all of your content safely in our storage with 256-bit SSL encryption for 30 days on our Basic and Pro plan and for a full year on our Enterprise plans.

If you no longer need a post, you can easily archive it which will allow you to restore the post within 30 days.

Restoring posts

If you want to restore an archived post, here are the steps you need to follow. Find the "Filter & Sort" option in the top right corner and select the "Show archived posts" option from the bottom:

Then locate the post and click the restore button:

Afterward, your post will be back in your workspace and you can schedule or publish it.

Deleting posts permanently

Archived posts will automatically deleted after 30 days (on Basic and Pro plans) or 1 year (on the Enterprise plan). However, if you want to delete them before then, you can do this as well.

Use the filter section as seen above to see your archived posts and you'll find the option to delete them in the top right corner. Keep in mind these posts can no longer be recovered.
