Often a comment needs to be seen by your team only, private from the client. Add internal notes to conversations and discuss posts behind the scenes with your internal team only. They are marked with a yellow-ish color.

You can also attach media files when replying to someone.

You can also tag specific people in the comments within Planable to grab their attention. This makes collaboration even smoother by directly notifying the team member or stakeholder who needs to review or act on a particular piece of content. Just type "@" followed by their name, and they'll be instantly alerted.
