Discover how to collaborate on and approve your universal content posts

Whether it's during the creation or feedback process, collaboration is easy and transparent in Planable.

For teams with multiple users creating and editing content, you can easily keep track of anyone inside a post. See in real-time exactly your colleagues making any edits or adding content.

Once the post is ready for review, users can leave their feedback in the comment section. For precise and specific suggestions, use annotations to highlight the exact text you want to change or remove.

Annotations will show up in the comment section with the rest of the feedback.

Leaving suggestions

To leave a suggestion, you need to select the piece of text you'd like changed and select "Suggest edits". The selected text will show up in the "Suggestion box", and you can make any edits you need:

Suggestions can be left both as internal notes or comments.

Managing suggestions

All suggestions will show up in a dedicated section in your feedback tab. You can go through each one and choose whether you want to accept or reject it. Once accepted the text will automatically be changed to the suggestion.

After leaving a suggestion, you can also edit or delete it as needed.

Once a post is final you can request approval to get the final green light. Check out more on our approval settings here.
