How to choose files
There are two types of files: those used in posts and those that haven’t been used yet. You can see if an asset has been used in one or more posts by filtering the media:
"Used" files mean they are attached to a post. ‼️Deleting these files will also delete the posts!
"Unused" files are not attached to posts and will only delete the media.
How to delete files
After applying your filters, you can select which media you want to delete by clicking on it, or you can "select all" from the bottom menu:
From the bottom menu, click the 3 dots and select "Delete":
‼️ If a file is attached to a post, you need to confirm you'll be deleting the post as well. Published posts are only deleted from Planable, they will still be live on their platforms. Delete posts from Planable can't be recovered!
How to free up space or restore files
Deleted files will be hosted in a "Deleted folder" for 30 days before being permanently removed. To remove them right away or restore them, apply the "Deleted" filter:
Select all the relevant files, click the 3 dots at the bottom, and choose to:
Delete permanently to free up space immediately
Restore to bring the files back (this will not restore the posts, only the media)
