Find out what labels are and how they can help you organize your posts.
Labels let you categorize posts across your workspace. Use them to group content by campaign, topic, content type, or any other criteria that fits your workflow. Once applied, labels make it easy to filter and find posts in your calendar and list views.

Creating and managing labels
To access your workspace labels, click the arrow next to the workspace name in the top-left corner, then select Labels from the workspace settings.
From here, you can create, rename, reorder, and delete labels. Each label can have a custom color to make it visually distinct in your calendar and post views.
Adding labels to posts
You can add one or multiple labels to a single post. Labels appear on the post card, making it easy to identify content at a glance. You can also filter your calendar or list view by label to focus on a specific campaign or content type.
Import labels from another workspace
Labels can be imported from another workspace. This is useful when setting up a workspace that mirrors an existing label structure, or when standardizing labels across multiple workspaces.
To import labels, go to the workspace Labels settings and look for the import option. Select the source workspace, and Planable copies the labels into the current workspace.
Good to know: Importing labels creates copies in the destination workspace. Changes made to labels in one workspace after importing do not sync to the other.
