What is Google My Business (Google Business Profile)?
Google My Business, now called Google Business Profile, is a free Google service that lets businesses manage how they appear across Google Search and Maps. It works like a digital business card that shows useful information about your business, such as:

- Contact information
- Location
- Industry
- Rating
As a business owner, you want to control what information about your business is displayed online. A Google Business Profile helps you:

How to schedule Google My Business posts
- Connect your Google My Business profile to Planable. See how to connect a Google My Business page.
- Click Compose and select the Google My Business tab.
- Write your post. You can add an offer, an event or a call-to-action (CTA) button.
- Click Select date and time to schedule the post.

Which Google My Business post types can I create?

Is Google My Business the same as Google Business Profile?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile. In Planable, you connect and schedule posts for the same profile.
Why can't I publish to my Google Business Profile?
Google only allows posts on verified Business Profiles. Verify your profile with Google, then try publishing again from Planable.
Can I schedule events and offers?
Yes. In the Google My Business tab of the composer, add an event with its title and dates, or an offer with an optional coupon code, redemption link and terms.
Which call-to-action buttons are available?
You can add Book Now, Order Online, Buy, Learn More, Sign Up or Call now to a Google My Business post.
