Publish Instagram Posts from the Planable Mobile App 

No matter the content, size and format Planable will help you easily publish Instagram posts via mobile notifications. First, you'll need to create a post from our web app. Afterwards, please download our mobile app and sign in. Also, see a GIF below. 

  1. Allow Planable to send Notifications, it will let you know when it's time to publish posts
  2. Tap "Publish Now" 
  3. It will automatically copy the caption in your post
  4. Allow Planable access your photos, this will allow Planable to download the posts photo to your mobile device and upload it on Instagram 
  5. Instagram app will open 
  6. Tap "Next" 
  7. Long Press to paste caption 
  8. Add tags, locations and any other details. 
  9. Tap "Publish Now" 

Schedule multiple images to Instagram 

When scheduling a post with multiple images (two or more) you'll have to manually select all the images when uploading them post on Instagram. 

  1. Open the notification
  2. Instagram app will open
  3. Click "Select multiple" and select all the downloaded photos of the post
  4. Long Press to paste caption 
  5. Add tags, locations and any other details. 
  6. Click "Share" to Publish on Instagram 

Schedule video to Instagram 

When it's time to post a video, you'll receive a notification about your video. Afterwards, please follow the instructions. 

  1. Open the mobile Notification sent from Planable.
  2. Instagram app will open
  3. Adjust your video's aspect ratio 
  4. Add filters, trim video or move next
  5. Long Press to paste caption 
  6. Click "Share" to Publish on Instagram

Important! If you did not enable the notifications in the beginning, you can do this by going to Settings > Notifications > Planable > Allow Notifications.
