Planable is your centralized hub for ideas, content, and feedback. Everything social media teams need to move their creative processes forward. At the moment, you can connect:

  • Facebook Pages

  • LinkedIn Personal Profiles and LinkedIn Company Pages

  • Instagram accounts

  • Twitter accounts

  • Google My Business Locations

  • YouTube channels

  • TikTok accounts

  • Pinterest (only business accounts supported)

Unfortunately, we don't support Tumblr at the moment. We may consider implementing it in the future. You can upvote these social accounts on our Public Roadmap. If there’s any content that you really loved, repost it and bring it back to life.

Connect a Page

First, go to "Add Pages".

Select one social media channel you want to connect to (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube, TikTok).

Afterward, click on "Add Pages" and follow the instructions when adding a page to your workspace and click on the page to confirm the connection. Then your page will appear in the workspace.

Connecting multiple Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok accounts or LinkedIn Personal Profiles.

By default, Planable will connect with your currently logged-in account on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google account, or LinkedIn. To connect different accounts simply log out of your account, and then authenticate again in Planable with the other account. Also, see detailed instructions below.

  1. Go to the platform's website (instagram.com, twitter.com, linkedin.com)

  2. Log out of your current account

  3. Log in to another account you wish to connect

  4. Go back to the Planable app (https://app.planable.io)

  5. Click "Add Profile" and connect the second account

It's the same experience for all the Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Personal Profiles.

Facebook Personal Profiles

Unfortunately, due to Facebook API restrictions, we're unable to schedule and publish content on Facebook Personal Profiles. Starting from August 1st, 2018, publishing to Facebook profiles via third-party apps has been suspended by Facebook

As you know, Facebook is on a mission to improve its platform and reduce abuse and this change is part of that mission.

The good news is that you can turn your Facebook profile into a page and continue using Planable, here is how. Afterward, you can connect this page in Planable.

Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues while connecting the pages, please try an incognito page or another browser. The connection may be blocked due to your browser extensions.
