Find out what to do when you've received an error while creating a post.

Sometimes due to the browser settings and extensions, you might not be able to create a new post but there's an easy solution to that, follow the steps below:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. Select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner to open the Chrome menu.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click on the Privacy and Security section.

  5. Scroll down and select Third-party cookies.

  6. Click on “See all site data and permissions”.

  7. Using the search box in the top right, enter app.planable.io. Click Delete and to confirm, click once again Delete.
