In Planable you can easily export posts and save them in a file. You can choose to save the posts in CSV or PDF format. PDF format is available for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X and it will include previews of the assets, while CSV is available for all pages and will include structured data about the posts and links to the media files.
How to export posts
The first thing you need to do is select the page or pages you want to export content for. If you want to export for multiple pages at once, make sure you're in the calendar view and select the pages you need.
You can use filters to narrow down which posts you want, based on date and time, post status, and more.
Once you have the right selection, from the sidebar, click on the 3 little dots next to the pages and choose the option "export posts".
A modal will show up stating how many posts on how many pages you'll be exporting. This is also where you choose the format, PDF or CSV.
