  1. How do I create an account on Planable.io?

    1. Complete the Sign up form and your account is set-up.

  2. What payment methods are accepted for the paid plans?

    1. You can pay for your monthly/yearly Planable plan with any card debit or credit card.

  3. How do I find out what plan I'm on?

    To find out what plan are you on, just click on your company name and select "Billing".

    In the Billing section, you can see your plan, Features and Limitations, Subscription history, Payment methods and Invoice History.

  4. How do I upgrade my account to a paid plan?

    When you're ready to upgrade just click on the "Upgrade" button next to your company account and then select the plan that fits you best.

  5. Can I cancel or downgrade my paid plan?

    If you no longer wish to use Planable, you can downgrade or cancel your current plan by going to your company's settings: "Billing".

    Under your Subscription details, you can select to cancel or downgrade your plan.

  6. What happens if I cancel my paid plan?

    When canceling your paid plan, you will not lose access to you Planable subscription immediately, you will have access to your workspaces until the end of the billing cycle.

  7. How does my subscription reflect my usage?

    Our plans are dynamic and any time you add a user or a workspace you will be shown how much you will be charged and after you confirm, you will receive an invoice showing the changes that you have made.

    When you remove a user or a workspace you will receive a credit for the unused time on that, credit that you can later use to cover your invoice charges

  8. How can I reset my password if I forget it?

    Click on the Forgot password link,

    Enter your company email and click on reset password.

    You will receive afterwards a link on your email that you can click to create a new password

  9. Can I use Planable.io on multiple devices?

    1. Yes, you can use Planable on any device you would like, Desktop, Tablet, or Phone( IOS and Android)
      For the desktop access Planable through the browser of your choice( Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari)
      For Mobile, install Planable app from App store/Google play.

10. Do I have access to analytics?

11. Do you have any offer for NGO's?

We love to support nonprofit organizations and offer a 30% discount on any plan you would need. All you need to do is reach out to our team from your Planable account or at [email protected], and send us a document with a confirmation of the nonprofit status and we'll send you a dedicated discount code.

12. How can I contact Planable.io support for further assistance?

You can contact our Support team by email at [email protected] or use the Chat service that can be found on the bottom right corner of your screen.

13. Does Planable support Instagram Threads?

We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding Treads, however, for the moment they did not release any public API integrations for publishing and we are unable to support it and add it to Planable.

Once the API code will be released we will start working to implement it.

14. Why can't I see all my facebook pages when trying to add them?

Sometimes the access token may be not validated automatically and some of your pages may not appear when connecting. If you're trying to connect a Facebook Page, but can't see all the pages - please proceed the following.

Please go to Business Integrations on Facebook, and delete Planable as one of the apps?

Then try again to add pages in Planable. When reconnecting Planable, a modal window will appear asking you to grant permissions for our app.

Make sure you tick all the boxes for all the pages in all workspaces you're managing and give Planable the right to "post content on your behalf" to schedule & publish posts.

If you also have Instagram pages connected through Facebook, please go ahead and reconnect them in each workspace so they don't get disconnected.

15. Do you have Linkedin PDF

While at the moment, you can not import a PDF file to create your linkedin post, you can easily transform your multi-image or carousell post into a PDF with only a press of a button.
