This guide will provide you with all the necessary details about how many posts you can create based on the plan that you are on.

How many posts can I create?

Free Plan: Up to 50 posts

Each paid subscription tier will have a specific limit on the number of posts that can be created per month, per workspace:

Basic Plan: Up to 60 posts per Workspace, per month.

Pro Plan: Up to 150 posts per Workspace, per month.

Enterprise Plan: Unlimited per Workspace, per month.

How are posts counted?

Free plan

You can create up to 50 total posts in the free plan. The limit is record-based and does not reset periodically or if you delete posts. Once a post has been created, it will count towards the total limit.

How do you count posts in a group?

If you have a group of posts, each post counts towards the limit. For example, if you’re creating a post for Facebook and choose to duplicate it across Twitter and Linkedin, you’ll have 3 posts in that group counting towards the limit.

Can I reset my post count?

The 50 post limit can’t be reset. Any post you create will count towards that total limit. Archiving or deleting these posts will not remove them from the total posts as they are still posts you have created.

Paid plan

Posts will be counted based on their creation date within the current calendar month, from the 1st to the last day of that month. This approach ensures transparency and simplicity in tracking your available post allowance.

What happens when I reach my post limit?

Free plan

Once you reach the limit of 50 posts, you can build your own plan based on the features you’d like to continue using, and the number of workspaces and users you need. You can see our plans and features here.

Paid plan

Upon reaching your monthly post creation limit based on your subscription tier, You won't be able to create new posts until the limit resets. However you will still have access to edit, review, approve, schedule & publish your existing content. If you wish to unlock creating more posts/month, you'll have the option to upgrade from your Planable settings.
