Is Planable Free? 

Yes, we do have a free plan to get you started and familiar with Planable. You can use the free plan for as long as you want and it includes all of the Planable features. In the free plan, you can also create as many workspaces as you want and add as many users as you need. No limits whatsoever except for the number of posts.

You can create up to 50 total posts in the free plan. The limit is record-based and does not reset periodically or if you delete posts. Once a post has been created, it will count towards the total limit.

Once you reach the limit of 50 posts, you can build your own plan based on the features you’d like to continue using, and the number of workspaces and users you need.

We offer the following plans:

Basic — 1 workspace included, each user costs 13$/month or 130$/year (amounting to $11/month).

Pro — 1 workspace included, each user costs 26$/month or 260$/year (amounting to $22/month)

Enterprise – plans start from $200 / month

For our Basic and Pro plans, you can add extra workspaces for $20/workspace/month or $200/workspace/year.

Any subscription will start from a minimum value contract of $39/month.

How will you be accepting payment?

You can easily pay online via major credit cards. Payments are made securely via Stripe, which meets and exceeds industry standards in security.

Who is responsible for payments?

Any owner of the workspace can upgrade a team by entering payment information. They manage payments for workspaces you are part of. After upgrading, only owners can manage future payments for the team.

What if more people are added to my team every month?

No worries! You can add more teammates or clients at any time. After the administrator or owner invited people to the workspace, they will receive an email. Owners will receive an email a few days before payment each month recapping what the bill will be.

What happens if I remove users or workspaces?

Whenever you remove users/workspaces your subscription is adjusted accordingly. You'll be credited back the amount for the time unused on the user/workspace. That credit is applied to your subscription and used as payment for any future invoices (when you add a new user/workspace, or on your renewal invoice). The amount is not refunded

Can I get a refund?

Our goal is to be fair with refunds and we try to keep it simple. If for any reason, you’re ever unhappy with Planable, please contact us by using Intercom (green icon, right bottom corner) or message us at [email protected].

As per our policy, we offer refunds for cancellations made within 30 days after payment. Give us a detailed account of what happened and we’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience with Planable.

Can you send me an invoice?

As part of our terms of service for consumer plans, we automatically email invoices per billing cycle. You can find them in your account settings. 

How do I cancel my paid plan?

Your annual and monthly plans will automatically renew until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’ from the Billing Dashboard.
