Plans and billing
Good to know: For prices, add-ons, refunds and invoices, see Questions on pricing.
Which payment methods does Planable accept?
You can pay for a monthly or annual Planable plan with any debit or credit card. For plan prices, see the Pricing page.
How do I find out which plan I'm on?
Click your company name and select Billing.
The Billing section shows your plan, its features and limits, your subscription history, payment methods and invoice history.
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
Click the Upgrade button next to your company account, then select the plan that fits you best.
How does the monthly post limit work?
The Basic plan includes 60 posts per workspace per month, and the Pro plan includes 150. The limit applies to posts created during the calendar month, not to when they are scheduled to go live.
The count resets at the start of each calendar month, so you get a fresh quota regardless of the posts' publishing dates.
Content synced from your connected social accounts does not count toward the limit. If you subscribe in the middle of a month, Planable starts counting from your subscription date.
Can I cancel or downgrade my paid plan?
Yes. Go to your company's Billing settings. Under your subscription details, choose to cancel or downgrade your plan.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
You do not lose access right away. You keep access to your workspaces until the end of your current billing cycle.
How does my subscription reflect my usage?
Planable plans are dynamic. When you add a user or a workspace, Planable shows you how much you will be charged; after you confirm, you receive an invoice showing the change.
When you remove a user or a workspace, you receive a credit for the unused time. The credit is used to cover future invoice charges.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits (NGOs)?
Yes. Planable offers nonprofit organizations a 30% discount on any plan. Contact our team from your Planable account or at support@planable.io, send a document confirming your nonprofit status, and we will send you a dedicated discount code.
Do I have access to analytics?
Yes, through the Analytics add-on. It costs $14/workspace/month or $140/workspace/year and can start with a 30-day free trial. Learn more about Analytics.
Pages and platforms
Does Planable support Threads?
Yes. You can connect Threads accounts and schedule Threads posts in Planable. See How to schedule Threads.
Does Planable support LinkedIn PDF posts?
Yes. You can upload a PDF document to a LinkedIn post, or turn a multi-image post into a PDF carousel. See LinkedIn PDF for details.
Why can't I see all my Facebook pages when I connect them?
Sometimes the access token is not validated automatically, so some pages do not appear when you connect Facebook. To fix it:
- Go to Business Integrations on Facebook and remove Planable from the list of apps.
- Add your pages in Planable again. A window opens asking you to grant permissions to the Planable app.
- Select all the pages for all the workspaces you manage, and allow Planable to post content on your behalf so it can schedule and publish posts.
Good to know: If you also have Instagram accounts connected through Facebook, reconnect them in each workspace so they do not get disconnected.
