Is Planable free?
Planable has a free trial to help you get started and get familiar with the product.
On the free trial, you can create as many workspaces and add as many users as you need. The only limit is the number of posts.
You can create up to 50 posts in total. The limit is record-based: it does not reset over time, and deleting posts does not free up space. Every post you create counts toward the total.
Once you reach 50 posts, you can build your own plan based on the features you want to keep using and the number of workspaces you need.
How much does Planable cost?
Planable has three paid plans. Basic and Pro are priced per workspace, and annual billing costs the same as 10 months of monthly billing.

Plan and limit questions
Is Planable priced per user or per workspace?
Planable plans and add-ons are priced per workspace. Each client or brand you manage usually has its own workspace.
How many posts can I create per month?
Basic includes 60 posts per workspace per month, Pro includes 150, and Enterprise has no monthly post limit. On Pro, the Extra posts add-on raises the limit to 500.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Pro adds Grid view, Required approval, bulk approval requests, internal and external collaboration, syncing previous content and Save as an ad. It also raises the limits on pages, posts, labels, campaigns, media storage and version history.
Payments and billing
How can I pay for Planable?
You can pay online with any major credit card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Who is responsible for payments?
Any owner of the workspace can upgrade a team by entering payment details. After upgrading, only owners can manage future payments for the team.
What if more people join my team every month?
You can add teammates or clients at any time. After an administrator or owner invites them to the workspace, they receive an email invitation.
What happens if I remove users or workspaces?
When you remove users or workspaces, your subscription is adjusted automatically. You are credited for the unused time on that user or workspace.
The credit is applied to your subscription and used toward future invoices, such as when you add a new user or workspace, or on your renewal invoice. The amount is not refunded.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days. Planable offers refunds for cancellations made within 14 days after payment.

Can you send me an invoice?
Yes. Planable automatically emails an invoice for every billing cycle. You can also find all invoices in your account settings.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time by clicking Cancel Subscription in the Billing Dashboard.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly to annual: You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your Billing settings. The annual plan gives you a discount equal to 2 months free.
Annual to monthly: You cannot switch from an annual plan to monthly billing mid-cycle. To move to monthly billing, contact our support team, and they will schedule the switch for your next renewal date. Until then, the Switch to monthly option in your Billing settings is disabled, with a tooltip explaining why.
