Do you have a free plan?

No. Planable does not have a permanent free plan, but you can try it with a free trial. The trial has no time limit and covers your first 50 created posts, with unlimited users and access to all core features, including Multi-level approvals.

The 50-post allowance is one-time and never resets. After that, you choose a paid plan (Basic or Pro) or contact sales for Enterprise.

Is there a free plan?

No. Planable offers a free trial, not a free plan. The trial ends when you reach 50 created posts, and you then move to a paid plan.

How long does the free trial last?

There is no time limit. The trial lasts until you have created 50 posts, and that allowance does not reset.

What limits does the free trial have?

The only hard cap is 50 created posts in total. You can add as many users as you need.

The trial includes Planable's core features, including Multi-level approvals, which are normally available only on Enterprise. The Public API is not included. Paid add-ons (Analytics, Social Inbox, Social Listening) are not part of the trial. 

How are posts counted in a group?

Each post in a group counts separately. If you create a Facebook post and duplicate it to X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, that is 3 posts toward your limit.

Can I reset my post count?

No. Archiving or deleting a post does not remove it from the total, because it still counts as a post you created.

Can I go back to the free trial after upgrading?

No. The trial is capped at 50 created posts. Paying customers have already created more than that, so the trial limit is already used up. If you need more workspaces or pages, upgrade to the next plan or contact our team for a custom plan.

Does the free trial include the Public API?

No. The Public API is included on the Pro plan and above.

What happens when I reach 50 posts?

You choose a paid plan based on the features and the number of workspaces you need. Pricing is per workspace:

*Enterprise is custom-priced based on team size, contract length and requirements. Pricing typically starts around $2,500/year for standard deployments and scales with factors like multi-year commitments, security assessments, SSO, dedicated support SLAs and vendor onboarding requirements.

You can add these add-ons to each plan, paid per workspace unless noted. Each one can start with a 30-day free trial, or you can pay right away.

The Extra posts add-on raises the limit to 500 created posts per month per workspace.
