Google Calendar
Microsoft Outlook

How to connect your calendar
You can add an external calendar to your workspace using its public iCal link. Here's a detailed guide for Google, Outlook or Apple calendar.
To add a calendar:
Go to the Calendar view.
Click the Add calendar icon in the calendar header.
In the Calendar link section, paste the full public iCal (.ics) URL. Here's a guide on how to get this link from the calendar app you use.
-
Wait while Planable validates the link.
If valid, Planable may detect the calendar type (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook).
The Calendar name may be automatically pre-filled from the feed.
If invalid, an error message will be displayed.
-
Edit the Calendar name (for example, “Marketing events”) and choose a desired color
-
Select Who can see this calendar?
Private — Only you
Team only — Internal members only (hidden from clients)
All workspace members — Everyone, including clients
Click Add calendar.
-
Events are fetched and will appear in the current Week or Month view.
Past events are displayed up to 1 year back
Future events are displayed up to 6 months ahead
