Refund Policy

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. They may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. First-time subscriptions cancelations

We consider refunds for our Basic and Pro monthly or yearly plans for first-time subscriptions if requests are submitted within 14 days of payment.

2. Annual Post-Renewal cancellations

Refunds may be offered for users on an annual Basic or Pro subscription who cancel within 14 days after their renewal.

These 2 policies do not apply to Custom or Enterprise plans and exclude any applicable payment processing fees.


Non-refundable policy for specific subscription adjustments

When adjustments are made to your subscription, a pro-rata credit will be applied toward future payments. These credits are non-refundable and will only be used to offset upcoming charges on your account. Refunds will not be issued, in the following cases:

  1. Switching from Annual to Monthly Plans
    ​

  2. Reducing or Removing Additional User Allocations
    If you reduce the number of additional users or workspaces in your subscription or remove them.
