In Planable, you can share posts with external collaborators and gather feedback. No sign-in is required to view or comment on the post. You can share as many posts as needed with any number of collaborators. Public guests do not count towards your workspace members limit.
Creating a Link from the Desktop Version
To create a public share link for your post, click on "Create public share link" in the post menu. This will generate a shareable link that you can send to external collaborators, even if they don’t have a Planable account.
Creating a Link from the Mobile App
You can also create a shareable link directly from the mobile app. To do so:
Go to your post and tap the three dots on the right of the post.
Select the "Share post link" option.
The link will be automatically generated and copied to your clipboard, ready to share.
What the link looks like for external users
Guest users will be able to view the post on both desktop and mobile. They can also see previous comments on the post (excluding internal notes), any labels applied to the post, and the collaborators associated with the post (only for the shared post).
After writing a comment, for convenience we will ask the guest user to leave their username or email:
