Google Business Profile Analytics in Planable helps you track how your business is performing on Google Search and Maps.
 

How to Access Google Business Profile Analytics

  1. Go to the Analytics section in Planable.

  2. Select your Google My Business Profile channel.

  3. Choose a custom period to view the data.


What You Can Track

Planable provides insights into:

  • Overview – The total number of interactions, including calls, messages, bookings, and direction requests.

  • Calls – How many times people called your business from Google.

  • Bookings – The number of appointments made through your profile.

  • Directions – How often users requested directions to your location.

  • Website Clicks – The number of users visiting your website from your profile.

  • Views & Searches – How people find your business on Google Search and Maps.

Generating Reports

You can customize reports for a selected date range and download them as a PDF for easy sharing. Additionally, you can create a private link to share the report with others, allowing them to view and download it.

 

 

 

Pricing

Planable Analytics comes as an add-on for your workspaces and is billed separately from your main subscription. 
The pricing for Planable Analytics is:

  • $14 USD per Workspace per Month.

  • $140 USD per Workspace per Year.
