What are customizable reports?
Customizable Reports allow you to organize your analytics data into structured reports that can be shared or downloaded directly in Planable.
You can:
- Combine data from multiple social platforms
- Reorder and customize charts using drag-and-drop
- Apply branding (logo, titles)
- Add context, insights, and next steps next to each chart
- Share reports via public link or export them as PDF or CSV
Customizable Reports are available for the following platforms:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile (single-channel view only, not available in cross-channel view)
How to create a customizable report?
To access reporting:
- Open your workspace
- Go to Analytics from the left sidebar
- Click Create report in the top-right corner
This opens the report builder.
Next,

Select one or more social channels to include.
Cross-channel reports are supported, except for Google Business Profile. -
Enter a report title.
This title will appear in shared links and PDF exports. - Choose the reporting period.
You can fully control how your report is structured:
- Drag and drop report items to reorder them
- Show or hide specific charts
- Add custom titles and descriptions to each section

- Summary cards (high-level overview)
- Followers / subscribers growth
- Post volume
- Views and impressions
- Engagement and engagement rate
- Reach and profile views
- Video views and watch time
- Website clicks, calls, bookings, directions (Google Business Profile, single-channel only)
Audience insights (Available only in single-channel reports)
- Age and gender distribution
- Audience location (countries and cities)
- Interactive location map

Content performance
- Top-performing posts by impressions or engagement
- Platform-specific content insights
Previewing, sharing, and exporting reports
Live preview
- You can preview the report while building it. All changes are reflected instantly.
Sharing options
Once your report is ready, you can:
- Generate a public share link. Anyone with the link can view and download the report
- Download as PDF or CSV for presentations or offline sharing
