You were invited to Planable so you can review and approve social media content, all in one place, before anything goes live.
→ Accept your invite and log in
→ Get around your workspace
→ Start reviewing content
Your job is simple: look at the content your agency prepared, leave feedback if something needs to change, and approve when it's ready to go.
Accept your invite and log in
You'll receive either an email invitation or a custom link to join your dedicated workspace in Planable. Here's what to do with it:
- Open the invite email and click the link inside.
- You'll be taken to Planable to create your account. You can sign up with Google or continue with your email address.
- If you sign up with email, enter your name and set a password, then click Get started.
- You'll land directly in your agency's workspace — no extra steps needed.
Good to know: If you already have a Google account, signing in with Google is the quickest option — no password to remember.
Get around your workspace
Once you're in, you'll see two main areas:
- The left sidebar — lists the social media channels your agency manages for you (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- The content area — shows posts laid out in a calendar. You can switch between month view and week view depending on how much you want to see at once.
Good to know: You'll only see content your agency has shared with you. Some posts may be marked as internal (agency working notes) and won't be visible to you — that's expected.
My approvals — your focused review queue
The most useful place to start is My approvals. You'll find it in the left sidebar. It pulls together everything that's waiting for your attention in one view — no need to scroll through the full calendar looking for what needs a decision.
Inside My approvals, you'll see:
- Posts awaiting your approval
- Posts where you've left feedback
- Posts you've already approved
Start reviewing content
Click on any post to open its preview. From there, you can:
- Leave a comment — type in the feedback section, tag your agency contact if needed, or attach a file.
- Highlight text — select any part of the caption to leave an annotation or suggest an edit directly on the copy.
- Approve the post — click the approval button when you're happy with it.
