When your agency or team shares content with you in Planable, you can review and approve posts with a single click. You'll always be able to see who approved what and when, keeping everyone on the same page without endless email threads.
Approve a post
Open the post you've been asked to review. Click the approval button to give it your stamp of approval — it's a one-click action. Once approved, the post is marked as approved, and everyone can see who gave the green light and when, so the workflow stays transparent for everyone involved.
You can also approve content from the "My approvals" section. Open up a post from the "Awaiting approval" or "Feedback left" column, and select the "Approve post" at the bottom.
Good to know: You'll only see the approval option if your agency has granted you approver permissions in the workspace. If you don't see it, reach out to your agency contact.
Unapprove a post
Approved something by mistake, or changed your mind? You can unapprove a post by clicking the checkmark icon again.
