My approvals is your dedicated review queue in Planable. A board that collects everything your need to sign-off on, organized by where each post is in the review process.

Instead of scrolling through a full content calendar to find what needs your attention, My approvals surfaces only the posts relevant to you, so you can work through them efficiently, in one place.
How to find My approvals
Look for My approvals in the left sidebar, or under the views section at the top of the page. If your agency has sent you posts to review, you'll see a red badge showing how many are waiting.
Good to know: Posts only appear here after your agency has sent you an approval request. If the board looks empty, check with your agency that they've requested your approval on the relevant posts.
The three columns explained
The board is organized into three columns based on where each post stands in your review:
- Awaiting approval — Posts your agency has sent you that haven't had any action from you yet. Start here.
- Feedback left — Posts where you've left a comment that's still unresolved. The post is still pending approval — it lives here so you can keep track of what you've weighed in on.
- Approved — Posts you've signed off on. They stay visible for reference for up to 7 days.
Reviewing and approving posts
To start reviewing, either click Review posts in the top right corner or click directly on any post card in the Awaiting approval column.
Both open a post preview where you can:
-
Leave feedback — add a comment, tag your agency contact, or attach a file if needed.
-
Skip to the next post — moves this post to the end of the queue so you can come back to it.
-
Approve — confirms the post is ready to go. No further action needed from you.
-
Open full preview — opens the post in a larger view where you can leave more precise feedback, like highlighting specific text to annotate or suggest edits.
💡 Pro tip: Make sure you have all pages selected in the left sidebar — otherwise you may not see posts from all the channels your agency manages for you.
